　A postdoctoral position is available immediately to study the roles of microRNAs and smallRNA-regulated pathways in skin carcinogenesis using mouse skin as a model system and human tumor samples (squamous, BCC and melanoma). Highly motivated individuals who are interested in tumorigenesis, gene-therapy and/or epigenetics are encouraged to apply.

This position provides the opportunity for considerable creativity & innovation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience and training in molecular biology, transgenic/knockout mouse technology, and cell culture.

Applicants must have a Ph.D., M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. Hands on experience with basic molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, RT-PCR, RNA isolation, Western blots and immunoprecipitation is a must. Experience with in vivo animal models is a plus. Knowledge and experience in tumor biology, skin biology, or epigenetics desired. Candidates must be able to work independently.
