A postdoc position is available immediately (starting date negotiable) to study central consequences of hearing loss (noise induced or age-related) at the Univ of Utah. We use extensive electrophysiology techniques in our studies; including single-cell patch clamp in brain slices, ABR recordings etc. We also complement our studies with immunohistochemistry and florescent imaging.

The University of Utah has a large, active and expanding neuroscience community. Salt Lake City offers high quality of living and excellent recreational opportunities.
