SiGe, Ge, & Related Materials are now being broadly employed in CMOS, Bipolar, Optoelectronics, Sensors, and a variety of other areas. The SiGe, Ge, & Related Compounds Symposium is sponsored by Electrochemical Society as part of the 2008 Joint International Meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA October 12-17, 2008: PRIME 2008, The Joint International Meeting of the 214th Meeting of ECS - The Electrochemical Society, Inc. and The Electrochemical Society of Japan, and with the technical co-sponsorship of the Japan Society of Applied Physics, the Korean Electrochemical Society, the Electrochemistry Division of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, and the Chinese Society of Electrochemistry. The meeting is being held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu.
